Responsibilities:
The Automated Customer Engagement Specialist will be responsible in assisting with the design and development of complex technical solutions specifically associated with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform.
The role will also be responsible for development across multiple SFMC applications, including complex dynamic content across email and mobile, front and back-end development in Cloud Pages, data manipulation and processing using SQL/SSJS and Automation Studio and integrations to and from SFMC using the available API’s.
You will work with numerous internal stakeholders including Strategy and Marketing General Managers, Customer Marketing, Customer Analytical Teams as well as colleagues in the IT Team and wider Crown Digital Team
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Assisting in designing and documenting processes to be developed in Marketing Cloud in line with business requirements.
- Taking a solution from the design stage and developing it, ensuring it follows best practice and works in conjunction with other Crown operational systems and processes.
- Testing, maintaining, and updating Marketing Cloud processes.
- Ensure premium customer service delivered to internal and external customers.
- Assist with the development and execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
- Participate as a technical resource and subject matter expert on projects as required.
