Job Description
Our HR IT department cooperates closely with the central department located in Germany to keep HR IT systems of BOSCH running, up to date and prepared for the future. Our team is looking for an Automation Consultant & Developer to integrate major digitalization projects, joining our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon.

WHAT DISTINGUISHES YOU:

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, mathematics, IT or similar;
• Experience: Proven experience in business process management, including process documentation, analysis, and optimization is a plus;
• Know how: Proficiency in using MS office tools and knowledge of automation and / or AI tools from major vendors is a plus (preferably in a working environment);
• Languages: Fluent English both written and spoken (C1 level). German is a plus;
• Working Style and Methods: Service mindset and with global disposition.
• Personality: We are looking for someone with logical thinking, creativity, flexibility, resilience and detail-oriented.
  Availability to make short trips abroad is a must.
