Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Automation Governance & CRM Lead, you will be the key piece of connection between our Businesses Automation & CRM needs and the capabilities of our Automation & CRM Engineering Teams, your mission is to ensure a robust pipeline of innovative, value-driven initiatives, ready for seamless development and deployment. As an Automation & CRM Business Analyst, you will help our business Subject Matter Experts (SME) to identify potential Automation initiatives that can help Farfetch to deliver even more luxury service to our customers and excel our employees’ expectations. You will help to design and document those efforts in such a manner that our Engineering teams can have absolute trust in picking up those documents without the need to add any further refinement or extra discovery sessions. Additionally, you will play a critical role in testing new automations, providing feedback to developers and SMEs, and continuously monitoring and optimizing our growing Automation ecosystem.

WHAT YOU’LL DO



    • Act as a liaison between Business SMEs and the Engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment

    • Identify and assess opportunities to leverage automation for improving services for customers and employees alike in Farfetch
    • Design and document automation initiatives, ensuring all requirements are clear, comprehensive, and actionable
    • Support and collaborate during the testing phase of new automations, ensuring quality and functionality
    • Maintain and enhance existing automation & CRM solutions, identifying improvement opportunities to maximize efficiency and value
