Description:
The purpose of this role is to drive the digital transformation of business processes by designing and implementing cutting-edge automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation solutions & workflows using mainly MS Power Platform, but also UiPath and various BPM tools
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of developed solutions
- Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly
- Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes, including process maps, technical specifications, and user guides
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and recommend improvements
- Provide training and support to end-users on implemented automation solutions
- Occasionally travel to various parts of Europe (or further) as required for project deployments, meetings, and training sessions
