Description:
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Proven experience with Blue Prism or Microsoft Power Platform automation solutions, including core skills in Process Studio and Object Studio. (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of workflow-based logic, with the ability to interpret and translate business processes into automated solutions.
- Ability to blend business analysis with hands-on automation configuration in Blue Prism.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting errors.
- Strong organisational skills to manage process scheduling, monitor resources, and log issues effectively.
- Knowledge of change control procedures and the discipline to adhere to formal methodologies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert-level support on Blue Prism automation, guiding colleagues through all phases of the Blue Prism delivery lifecycle and Accreditation Program.
- Design, develop, and implement efficient automation solutions using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Platform, adhering to best practices and organisational standards.
- Analyse business processes in detail to identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and recommend innovative workflow solutions.
- Configure new processes and objects that are well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Document all automation solutions comprehensively, including test procedures and pre-UAT scenarios, ensuring transparency and ease of maintenance.
- Provide mentorship to colleagues, guiding them through the automation lifecycle and promoting knowledge-sharing across the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely manner, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of automated processes.
- Monitor and manage automation environments, including resource scheduling, case management, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet deliverables and resolve risks or issues promptly.
- Actively engage with the Blue Prism community to share insights, discuss improvements, and stay updated on the latest developments.
- Support operational teams during testing and rollout phases, ensuring successful implementation and user satisfaction.
