We are seeking a passionate and innovative Automation Developer to join our team and support our vision of continuous improvement and excellence in business processes.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about using technology to transform business processes. You have strong technical expertise in automation and are eager to develop innovative solutions that deliver real value to the business.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  • Proven experience as an Automation Developer or RPA Developer, with tools like UiPath or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++, and experience with low-code platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning technologies as applied to process automation.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams and delivering automation projects on time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and optimize automation workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across markets and departments to identify automation opportunities.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA, DPA, and AI technologies.
  • Monitor and maintain automated workflows, troubleshooting and optimizing processes to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop detailed process documentation and work closely with the scrum team to ensure quality automation solutions.
  • Stay ahead of the latest trends in automation technologies to continually improve solutions and enhance business efficiency.
