Description:
FUNCTIE
- You plan & coordinate the maintenance activities and technical modifications of the automation & instrumentation teams to assure the well-functioning of production equipment and facilities at our Wetteren plant.
- You coach & motivate a team of Supervisors, Work Preparators and Technicians.
- You initiate or participate in improvement projects concerning process automation & instruments to optimize production yields and operating comfort.
- You analyse the needs for new investments, replacements or installation upgrades and manage new investment implementations
- You contact and negotiate with suppliers/contractors and follow-up their activities on site.
- You support the telephony network and ICT infrastructure on site.
