ABOUT THE PAY AND BENEFITS

• Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Finland base pay reasonably expected for this role is 40K € to 42K€, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.

• Our Maintenance team, composed of 3 people, is integrated in the operations department and focuses on maintenance in collaboration with the Production team.
• As an Automation technician, you will work with a Maintenance Engineer, and with two automation technicians to support manufacturing. You will get the opportunity to contribute to electrical technician skills and have a positive impact on salary.
• You will be accountable for:
• Preventive maintenance and maintenance of automation and electrical installations and reporting of anomalies
• Preventive maintenance and repair of electrical equipment and installations, including the monitoring and control of electrical installations
• Later, carrying out work in accordance with SFS6000 Low Voltage Installations and SFS6002 Electrical Safety Standards
• We offer a permanent contract based on onsite working mode.
