Description:
Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada (Alternate locations: Moncton, Fredericton, or Stratford)

Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and execute test plans and cases: Based on software requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts: Using tools like Selenium, Tosca, Appian, or similar.
- Identify, document, and track defects: Ensure timely resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyze test results and report findings: Provide detailed reports on testing activities and outcomes.
- Maintain QA environments and infrastructure: Ensure the testing environments are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Participate in requirement and design reviews: Provide input on functional requirements, product designs, and potential issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Proven experience in QA automation and manual testing.
- Proficiency in automation tools (Tosca), programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), and QA methodologies. TOSCA certification preferred.Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Analytical skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
