Service Technician Automation (m/f/d)
Job description:
The Field Service team seeks out for more support. We are a team of highly committed professionals and Customers love us for our expertise and quality work. The work itself ranges from installation, to repair over maintenance, rebuild to adjustment and optimization as well as troubleshooting. It’s guaranteed – it will never be boring. A minor part of our work is, to report what we’ve carried out.

Responsibilities:
- Participation in the implementation of projects in the field of paper and finishing on paper / cardboard and tissue machines
- Optimizing technical solutions, modernizing existing systems and programming automation systems
- Identification of automation problems and support in troubleshooting
- Responsible for implementation and coordination of orders
- You will be available to our customers as a competent consultant and jointly develop concepts for the maintenance, modernization and expansion of customer-specific automation systems
What we are looking for:
- You have completed further training as a bachelor, technician or master craftsman in the field of electrical engineering or automation technology
- Alternatively, you have technical training in the aforementioned areas and a very high level of motivation
- You have experience in systematic troubleshooting and resolving technical faults
- Knowledge of programming and commissioning automation systems is advantageous
- Fluent German and very good English skills, a strong team spirit and a willingness to travel on business trips lasting several days
