Automation Specialist, Revenue Cycle

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
In lieu of degree, four (4) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Three (3) years of experience in developing robotic process automations via UiPath including one (1) year of developing automations against Epic.
(If no degree, a total of seven (7) years of experience required).

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience preferred.
Must have excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
Must be a team player.

Responsible for developing UiPath automations to support Piedmont Healthcares Revenue Cycle strategies, testing and validating solutions, scheduling and running Robotic Process Automation (RPA) processes, troubleshooting issues resulting from automations and providing timely solutions to those issues, documenting automations, and maintaining current RPA processes. The RC Automation Specialist will act as the subject matter expert for RPA solutions in the Revenue Cycle space and will work collaboratively with Revenue Cycle Operations, Operational Effectiveness, and members of the Revenue Cycle Implementations and Informatics team. The RC Automation Specialist will also be expected to educate other team members.
