QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in this role, we imagine you have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Automation, Technology, or alternatively, more than 4 years of experience in IT & Automation support
  • Automationsteknolog
  • Experience IT supporter or data technician
  • Experience in automation engineering is a plus and would be highly valued
  • Knowledge of PLC, IT infrastructure, SCADA/HMI (iFIX), and servers in a Windows domain environment is a plus
  • Fluency in Danish and English (both written and spoken)

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

We are looking for an Automation Supporter to be part of an IT support team of 8 handling daily IT/OT support for our production facilities, which consist of a filling factory with more than 35 fully automated systems. You will be part of a young and inspiring team, where we help each other and work closely together. Key responsibilities are supporting operations with a focus on computerized equipment uptime, ensuring records of inquiries to the IT team by telephone and mail, and creating knowledge articles for support guidelines.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure that production runs optimally and that we always comply with applicable legal requirements
  • Support the daily operation of IT systems and automation equipment, including troubleshooting the software of our production facilities
  • Participate in the qualification of IT and automation changes
  • Work with Senior automation engineering to enhance and optimize production processes
