Automation Tester (Java+Selenium)

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester with a strong background in Java and Selenium to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will utilize a BDD-based platform to create and maintain automated test cases for both Oracle Forms and Html Web Pages. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions through comprehensive testing and reporting.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of experience in automation testing
• Strong knowledge and experience with Java
• Strong knowledge and experience with Selenium
• Background in regression testing and providing manual testing coverage for web apps
• Proficiency in using Linux command line
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Skills in RPC, REST, UI AWT, and Dependency Injection frameworks

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium
• Implement testing strategies for new features as well as regression and smoke testing
• Create tests using a behavior-driven approach to minimize coding efforts
• Integrate automation test suites with Google infrastructure and product environment for CI
• Write clear, concise and comprehensive test cases in collaboration with business analysts
• Execute automated test cases and analyze results to report bugs and issues
• Collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and framework
• Generate detailed reports on test outcomes to inform project stakeholders
• Assist in manual testing coverage for web apps when necessary
• Continuously update test scripts to adapt to new system requirements or technologies
