Automotive Apprentice
About Rapid Auto Glass:
Rapid Auto Glass is looking to hire a dedicated individual to start as SHOP HELPER. & APPRENTICE . Rapid Auto Glass repairs and replaces glass for a variety of customers and for all makes and models of vehicles. Shuttle driver / Shop helpers are expected to tidy the shop, vacuum, customer’s vehicles, assist technicians, AND LEARN the TRADE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver’s license (must have good drivers record)
- Able to work occational Saturdays
- Physically fit – able to lift at least 50lbs
- Previous experience in automotive – high school or post-secondary auto shop
- Keen interest in automotive or glass industry
Responsibilities:
- Vacuuming the interior of vehicles
- Maintaining an appropriate level of cleanliness and organization in the shop.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and customers as needed.
- Assist Technicians in installing and replacing auto glass, Working with Technicians
