Cambridge Ford, a leading automotive service provider, is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Apprentice. If you have a passion for cars, a strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry, we want to hear from you!

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Some experience in automotive repair or related coursework is beneficial but not required.
  • Willingness to enroll in and complete a formal apprenticeship program.

  • Assist experienced technicians in performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
  • Learn and apply basic automotive skills such as tire changes, oil changes, brake repairs, and more.
  • Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Participate in on-the-job training programs to enhance your technical skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Keeping shop and work areas clean and tidy.
