We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Technician to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ vehicles run smoothly and efficiently. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance services, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our Service Department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:
- Oil Changes and Fluid Checks: Perform routine oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend additional maintenance or repairs as needed.
- Tire Services: Rotate, balance, and install tires, as well as perform tire pressure checks to promote safe driving conditions.
- Customer Interaction (when needed): Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, explaining service recommendations and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Documentation: Accurately complete multipoint inspections for every vehicle that comes in your stall.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
