We are seeking a skilled Apprentice Technician to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring our customers’ vehicles run smoothly and efficiently. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing essential maintenance services, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our Service Department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Oil Changes and Fluid Checks: Perform routine oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend additional maintenance or repairs as needed.
  • Tire Services: Rotate, balance, and install tires, as well as perform tire pressure checks to promote safe driving conditions.
  • Customer Interaction (when needed): Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, explaining service recommendations and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Documentation: Accurately complete multipoint inspections for every vehicle that comes in your stall.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of services.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and care for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
