Job Description
An Automotive Chassis Engineer specializes in the design, development, testing, and optimization of vehicle chassis systems. This role focuses on ensuring the structural integrity, performance, and safety of components such as the frame, suspension, steering, and braking systems. Below is a detailed job description:

As an Automotive Chassis Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing chassis systems and components to meet vehicle performance, safety, and durability standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the chassis with other vehicle systems, while also focusing on innovation and cost-efficiency.

  • The candidate must have a good experience in automotive Chassis engineer, in particular Brakes and Steering with familiarity with Chassis electrical hardware.
  • Develop technical specifications and collaborate with suppliers on component manufacturing.
  • Mechatronics experience is preferred.
  • Excellent technical skills and ability to work independently and liaise with the software team.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in chassis engineering or vehicle dynamics.
  • The candidate must have Australian working rights and must be ready to work in the specified location.
