Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Process contracts and vehicle sales documents, and Dealer-Trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Process after-market cancellations.
  • Ensure proper billing of all vehicles sold.
  • Collect vehicle receivables.
  • Process floor plan requests and payments
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Journal Entries

WHAT WILL QUALIFY YOU FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Has prior dealership/accounting experience
  • CDK DMS experience a plus!
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Google Sheets
  • Excellent Communication skills

Reporting to the Business Office Manager, this individual will be accountable for monitoring and overseeing elements of the contracts processes, policies and procedures. This individual is:
