We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Automotive Assistant Finance Director. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Finance Director in managing the financial operations of our automotive dealership.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive finance management
- Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Director in overseeing the finance and insurance department
- Review and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines
- Develop and implement financial strategies and goals
- Train and mentor finance team members
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance
