Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive Electrician to join our skilled workshop team based in Wiri, Auckland. This is a fulltime permanent opportunity for someone keen to work with innovative products and with an industry leader.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of auto electrical work which will include new installations wiring, service and repairs work including fault finding of vehicle and crane wiring.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Ideally an NZQA accreditation in Automotive Electrical Engineering (Level 4)
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
  • A current Full New Zealand Driver’s License
  • Strong product and system knowledge as well as diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • A solid knowledge of electronic diagnostic equipment
