We’re looking for a skilled Fitter to join our team at Carma. In this role, you’ll handle everything from prepping and reassembling vehicles to ensuring every car meets our high standards. If you’re detail-focused, thrive in a busy workshop, and enjoy seeing a job done right, we’d love to hear from you!

• Prepping vehicles for repairs by removing and disassembling panels and parts.
• Reassembling and refitting vehicles post-repair, ensuring they’re road-ready and Carma-approved.
• Keeping our internal system up to date with work orders and job details—accuracy is key!
• Checking vehicle functionality and quality standards post-repair.
• Collaborating with the team, especially painters, to ensure smooth workflows and accurate timelines.
• Solving problems on the go and suggesting ways to improve our processes.
