Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are thrilled to announce the opening of our new location in Emerald Park, and we’re seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team!
With over 80 years of experience serving the automotive, body shop, agricultural, fleet, and industrial markets, we are Saskatchewan’s largest locally owned and operated automotive parts warehouse. Our commitment to excellence spans across our current locations in Regina, Yorkton, Estevan, and Weyburn, with two service departments in Regina. This spring we will be opening our newest location in Emerald Park.
The Emerald Park Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage personnel, and ensure smooth and efficient processes to drive exceptional results. This role requires a dynamic leader who can build strong relationships with both staff and customers, improve customer satisfaction, and drive sales growth.

• Proven experience in automotive retail and wholesale sales.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience developing business strategies and leading successful teams.

• Recruit, train, and lead store and warehouse teams to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business goals.
• Evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching to support growth.
• Develop and implement store processes aligned with the company’s mission, vision, and values.
• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate sorting, labeling, and storage of materials per company standards.
• Identify business opportunities, improve procedures, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with the General Manager, other store managers, and corporate leadership on business planning and strategy.
• Foster positive relationships with customers and staff to ensure satisfaction and gain actionable feedback.
• Manage inventory and shipping schedules, adapting warehouse operations as needed.
• Monitor and maintain a clean, safe, and organized store, stockroom, and exterior spaces.
• Drive sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain work schedules, including holiday planning.
• Lead promotional activities in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Department.
• Protect and maintain the security of store assets.
• Provide regular updates to the Corporate Sales Manager on wholesale business opportunities.
