Inside Sales Representatives are natural born closers with strong phone etiquette and an innate ability to solidify deals. Significant phone time is required working on auction deals, building customer relationships, and registering new dealers.
Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

  • Work closely with your Territory Sales Manager, and others in your territory, to quickly and efficiently work IF bids post sale day
  • Negotiate auction deals between buyers and sellers
  • Build, enhance, and nurture customer relationships to secure customer loyalty and generate business
  • Partner with Territory Sales Managers and Performance Managers in assigned areas
  • Manage relationships with existing customers
  • On sale days, proactively reach out to your book of buyers for your territory and get them to engage with the platform
  • Meet specified targets for buyer attendance for the online auction
  • Have in-depth knowledge of EBlock’s platform and set new clients up for success using the platform
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research

Qualifications:

What You Will Need:

  • Proven experience increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Experience in the auto industry
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability
  • Problem-solving aptitude

At E INC, in the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share our base pay as it is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this full-time position is $48,000.00 - $50,000.00, and this role is eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
