Our automotive manufacturing client has an immediate need for a Logistical Quality Specialist. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the automotive industry, who thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at problem-solving and project management.

LOCATION: NATIONWIDE TRAVEL (BASED IN THE US)

    Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability and willing to spend 90% of your time at supplier facilities across the United States, tackling production issues and spearheading industrialization for upcoming automotive projects.
  • Past, and present management experience managing small to mid-size teams (10-15 suppliers). Must it show it in your resume on your different jobs with supplier problems, issues and the complexity of the projects/problems.
  • Worked on complex projects, problems with understanding that project come first!, (the ability to stay and work late and on the weekends to solve or finish projects or complex problems) with responsibilities that may require staying late or starting early to resolve urgent problems.
  • Every six months, your role will also include working on a Saturday to ensure continuous support and operation alignment.
    Additional Information

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong background in the automotive industry, particularly with direct auditing and supplier management experience.
  • Ability to travel extensively (90%), primarily from Tuesday to Friday, with Mondays dedicated to team meetings.
  • Flexibility to work from home occasionally, subject to manager approval.
