We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as an Automotive Order & Catalog Data Specialist. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order management, maintaining accurate catalog data, and supporting our sales and operations teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in Automotive Wholesale Ordering – Prior experience placing orders with Keystone, Parts Authority, 4 Wheel Parts, or similar wholesalers.
• Automotive Catalog Knowledge – Ability to research and identify part numbers accurately.
• Industry Awareness – Familiarity with the automotive enthusiast market and events like SEMA is a plus.
• Strong Communication & Tech Skills – Ability to collaborate with teams, learn new tools quickly, and manage tasks independently.
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy – Strong organizational skills and ability to handle data verification.

• Order Processing: Place and manage orders with automotive wholesalers based on internal processes and customer data.
• Catalog & Data Research: Look up part numbers and verify details in automotive catalogs.
• Vendor Coordination: Communicate with wholesalers (e.g., Keystone, Parts Authority, Motor State) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Operational Support: Work closely with sales and customer support teams to improve efficiency.
• Catalog Maintenance: Assist with catalog-related projects when order processing is complete.
