Apple Autos is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team at Apple Ford Parts in Shakopee, MN. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding our customer base of mechanical and collision center Wholesale Parts customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the automotive industry.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for automotive parts.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our automotive parts catalog to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
  • Account Management: Oversee customer accounts, including order processing, pricing negotiations, and contract management.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with our inventory team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
