Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversee the dealership’s inventory, including merchandising, organizing vehicle or product displays.
  • Sales Support: Provide support to the CS team by ensuring they have all the necessary tools, information, and materials to effectively sell vehicles on-line OR in-store.
  • Customer Service: Handling on-line inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Lead Management: Monitor and respond promptly to inquiries received through the dealership’s website, email, social media, and other online platforms. This involves qualifying leads, understanding customer needs, and guiding potential customers to the appropriate products or services.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide online customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale. Coordinating with the finance and insurance (F&I) department to ensure all paperwork and legal requirements are met.
  • Feedback and Reviews: Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews online and address any negative feedback promptly and professionally.
