Description:

At Paragon Auto Mall, the Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with the selection and purchase of vehicles that best suit their needs. As new innovators in the automotive industry, we pride ourselves on being a fast-paced interactive environment. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, build strong customer relationships, and exceed sales targets on a regular basis. Located in Mississauga, our indoor and outdoor showrooms display a variety of vehicles to meet all of our client’s needs!

JOB DESCRIPTION

Achieving sales targets on a regular basis
Analyzing customer situations and educating clients on the best financing solutions
Assisting and guiding clients through a smooth and easy shopping process
Working closely amongst the Sales Managers and Finance team to get clients the best approval possible with our major lending partners
Generating appointments through different advertising and media outlets
Following up with customer inquiries and booking appointments an on a daily basis with to increase store traffic and sales volume
Upselling maintenance and warranty packages

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • Proficiency in explaining technical features and specifications in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights for sales strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance by following all local, state and federal regulations.
