Job Type: Full Time & Commission Pay
Our trusted, family-owned and operated dealership is proudly located in the beautiful Fraser Valley Auto Mall in Abbotsford, BC and was established in 2016. We take pride in creating an environment for everyone in our business to learn, grow, succeed and feed their families. Now we are looking to expand our Retail Sales team to take it up another notch for 2025!

The chosen applicant will be able to work with one of the largest vehicle inventories in BC, including New and Quality Pre-Owned vehicles to show & sell. There will be daily leads that are distributed among sales people from various sources such as Car Gurus, Auto Trader, Website Leads, Online Marketing Leads and more. High foot traffic location in the huge AUTO MALL. Huge income potential for the right applicant. Laid back work environment with a great team, great management and lots of career growth potential.

  • Both leasing and financing opportunities offered for all of your customers.
  • No experience? No problem , if you are able to learn, we will train you thoroughly, to be a successful auto sales specialist.

We are searching for a team player. You must also be comfortable with using social media outlets to promote our vehicles and bring in customers.
Above average performance-based compensation (bonus) is offered with outstanding earning potential.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous automotive sales experience is an asset. Sales experience is expected.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals
  • Vehicle knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base
  • Valid driver’s licence

Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to previous customers and unsold customers
  • Dealing with new retail customers 1-on-1
  • Responsible for answering all sales and internet inquiries, focus on booking appointments, building professional relationships with customers, and completing NEW & USED vehicle sales
  • Communicate and explain our vehicle selection including features, model options, purchase and finance options, and dealership services (Training Provided)
  • Complete all sales documentation in an accurate manner, and deal turnover documents (Training Provided)
  • Stay educated on product knowledge, finance options, promos, value-add products/services, servicing plans, and car industry trends
  • Compile lists of prospective customers from advertisement responses, for use as new sales leads
  • Communicate effectively and respectfully with your team members, and managers
  • Mandatory completion of vehicle walk-around, test-drives and follow up process as outlined by management
