Responsibilities:

  • -Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
  • -Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory and the automotive market.
  • -Utilize social media platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok to engage new clients, generate leads, and enhance personal marketing efforts
  • -Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
  • -Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • -Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • -Minimum 1 years of experience in Automotive Sales or at a Dealership (required).
  • OMVIC license (required).
  • -Proficient in using social media for business purposes, including Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • -Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • -Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.

Location & Hours:

  • Work Location: In-person at our New Dealership Facility in Oakville
  • Regular shifts with potential for additional hours as needed.
