Responsibilities:
- -Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the sales process.
- -Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our vehicle inventory and the automotive market.
- -Utilize social media platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok to engage new clients, generate leads, and enhance personal marketing efforts
- -Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- -Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- -Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- -Minimum 1 years of experience in Automotive Sales or at a Dealership (required).
- OMVIC license (required).
- -Proficient in using social media for business purposes, including Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Instagram, and TikTok.
- -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- -Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- -Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
