As a Sales Manager at one of our dealerships, you will be responsible for managing, mentoring, working with, and supporting a strong group of sales consultants. You will be an integral member of an interdepartmental team of leaders and managers that work together to continuously find new ways to improve the entire automotive dealership experience of our customers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience
- Previous leadership or management roles in a dealership are an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships and politely interact with costumers and coworkers
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the sales department and its staff
- Provide support, mentoring, and training to sales team
- Motivate sales team to exceed sales targets and customer expectations
- Be passionate about building an ongoing relationship with the customer with the objective to create brand loyalty and the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Positively communicate with all customers and potential customers
