Automotive Service Advisor

Canadian Tire Nanaimo is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join its fast paced, growing shop. Potential candidates will have an aptitude for vehicle knowledge and be able to perform fast, courteous customer experience.
Your job will entail answering telephones, working on the computer, being the liaison between the customers and the Service Technicians and being able to problem solve. You will also be able to follow all processes and procedures, be able to advise customers on maintenance required and be able to present associated cost to customers.
Advancement is achievable and wage is based on knowledge and experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
