QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid 310s License.
  • Proven experience as a licensed Automotive Technician (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong product knowledge.
  • Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
  • Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  • General Dealership experience.
  • Brand experience preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance services following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines as assigned.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify any malfunctions and perform the repair.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
  • Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
  • Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
  • Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
  • Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and updates in automotive systems.
  • Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
