Join the Fountain Tire Moraine team in Calgary, where we are seeking responsible, safe, and dedicated associates to fill the role of Automotive Service Technician. We welcome applications from experienced Journeyman Technicians as well as strong 3rd and 4th year Apprentice.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Journeyman or Registered Apprentice automotive service technician
• A valid driver’s license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver’s abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must
• A team player who takes pride in their work

• Diagnose, repair and complete service on customer vehicles as directed by work orders
• Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
• Advise customers and customer-facing Associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
• Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.

• Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
