As a Master of the Road, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles, from classic cars to cutting-edge hybrids. You will work with the latest diagnostic equipment and tools, and collaborate with a team of knowledgeable and passionate professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic tests to identify problems with engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and other automotive components.
  • Repair or replace faulty parts, such as alternators, fuel pumps, and catalytic converters.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Use cutting-edge diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Provide accurate estimates of repair costs and time needed for repairs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to explain repairs and answer questions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completion of an automotive technician training program or equivalent experience
  • ASE certification preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an automotive technician.
  • Strong mechanical and technical skills, including proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service skills.
  • Passion for cars and a commitment to excellence.
