Overview:
Fountain Tire Rocky Mountain House is looking for a knowledgable and skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team!
Compensation: $31-$35/hour based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Journeyman Automotive Service Technician Required or Red Seal Preferred
• Minimum 5 years’ experience preferred
• A valid driver’s license is a must. We also need to see that you are responsible on the road by providing a satisfactory driver’s abstract
• Excellent customer service and a great attitude are a must

• Diagnose, repair and complete service on customer vehicles as directed by work orders
• Complete and maintain a variety of safety courses including Whimis, TIA, Rim Safety course, and Customer Experience Standards
• Advise customers and customer-facing Associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
• Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups.

• Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory counts
