Nowra Auto Supplies is seeking a Trainee Spare Parts interpreter to join our dynamic Nowra team!
This Position is ideally suited to a school leaver or someone looking to enter into the automotive industry.
As a Trainee Automotive Spare Parts Interpreter, you will be the first point of contact with our customers in person over the phone and online - Learning the processes of consulting and assisting them with product information and queries.
You will work with our experienced team, learning all aspects of Auto Parts operations from warehousing to delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities -

• Receiving and Processing customer orders
• Stock management
• Parts
• Maintain a safe, clean and practicable work environment, adhering to OH&S requirements
• General housekeeping
• Other tasks as directed from time to time

To be successful in this role you will have & develop-

• Strong automotive general knowledge
• Great customer service skills
• The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail
• Computer literacy including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Be a motivated individual, with the ability to learn new tasks efficiently
• Positive verbal communication skills
• Can prioritize any given workload
• Full Systems training will be provided.

Whilst previous experience will be highly regarded, We are looking for someone willing to learn, with full training provided.

Physical Demands:
The nature of Automotive sales & warehousing means extended periods on your feet with some heavy lifting involved.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
