We are looking for someone with previous automotive title clerk experience that is exceptional at cleaning DMV and wholesale schedules, prioritize multiple tasks accurately and in an efficient manner, as well as assisting other office staff and promoting a healthy team environment.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm
Compensation: $19.50 to $24 DOE
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years experience required, more preferred.
- Notary commission a plus, required to obtain notary commission within 30 days of employment. Any expense for this commission will be covered by the employer.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Math, reading, and software skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle inventory entry into DMS.
- DMV processing: retail, wholesale, in state and out of state
- Processes DMV with VITU for Oregon deals
- Verify trades and Form 165 submission to DMV for trades.
- Check mail daily and allocate accordingly.
- Run errands including but not limited to the bank, post office, DMV Dealer Center
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Maintain DMV trip permits /Temporary permits; submitting and reordering as required.
- Late title issues/ calling for titles (dealers/payoffs, etc.)
- Communication with all auctions for titles/payments
- Communicate with customers and lenders on questions, delays, or title status.
- Post VITU submissions to the GL
- Manage inventory jackets and file cabinets to company specifications.
- Weekly schedule management as assigned.
- Works with vendors during flooring audits and or DMV audits.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
