About the role
You will join a collaborative AV community with the expectation of delivering the best AV planning and buying client servicing, commercial delivery, media owner relationships. Reporting into the Account Director, you should show organisation, diligence, positivity, and respect for the role.
We are a location-agnostic team based in 5 offices across the UK, with around 30 of those based in London.

Responsibilities include

  • Manage a team to deliver the best campaigns across AV
  • Manage your teams workflow, output and development
  • Implement fresh ideas for media response and progressive processes to ensure operational delivery is upheld
  • Ensure client servicing is of the highest standard for you and all direct reports
  • Build successful relationships with internal and external teams
  • Demonstrate market knowledge and new opportunities across all AV media
  • Support on pitches and new business

Qualifications

  • Experience in TV, VOD, Cinema, CTV and Audio planning and buying
  • Experience training new starters
  • Ensure 100% accurate output across AV processes
  • Experience with the AV marketplace and new opportunities
  • Experience with the role of AV on media plans
  • IT literate
