Description:
Position Summary
Supporting Audio Video In-store materials (POP) and Shop Display strategy based on HQ/EO guidelines. Supporting daily activities of Field Force to ensure the best communication of AV products in stores. Supporting correct developing of best materials and shop display for boosting sales at store level working with suppliers. Creation of reports for constant check of projects’ development. Reporting of daily activities of main tasks given.
Role and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- [In-store strategy planning support] Assist in the planning of stores operations in relation to product and marketing strategies and in-store strategies based on regional retail plans to boost Samsung visibility, enhancing its unique selling proposition through the right and most suited communication.
- [Creating and distributing in-store display guideline] Support in the creation of a guide for differentiated in-store display based on the store management strategy and accurate localization/timing of the guideline.
- [Customer experience solution development and expansion] Assist in the development of experience solutions (function, design) that enhance customer satisfaction and expansion of solutions.
- [Supporting retail improvement] Assist in in-store total solution consulting activities and common improvement efforts for the improvement of retail store conditions.
- [Supporting in customer/supplier management] for shop display activities/projects.
- [Supporting in Retail EO/HQ relationship] feedback and management.
- [Reporting] Helping in the monitoring of suppliers daily activities and tracking vs investments.
Skills and Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Communication / Economics.
Computer Knowledge: Good use of Excel, Power Point required.
Language Knowledge: Very good written and good spoken English.
Personal Skills: Open mind and flexible attitude, enthusiastic team player, ability to work under pressure with multi-tasking approach, dynamism, hands on attitude, strongly goal oriented.
