We are searching for an AV technology enthusiast who loves solving problems to fill a new role in our AV support team.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be providing face-to-face and remote support for the University’s AV systems, helping our world-renowned academics, staff and students solve their AV problems.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic AV technician who wants to learn new skills and progress within the field. This is a meaningful role where you will be supporting the world-leading teaching the University undertakes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide face-to-face and remote support for the University’s AV equipment.
- Take ownership of support incidents and use your troubleshooting skills to see them through to resolution.
- Provide advice and guidance that enables our customers to harness the full power of the available AV.
