Working as one global team, our Analysts are provided with the unique opportunity to work across a range of service lines and geographies, building a strong aviation knowledge base before choosing an area of specialism. However, we also allow for early career specialization and are keen to meet candidates who are interested in starting a career focused on the following areas (note prior experience is not essential):
- Airline operations, with first-hand experience secured through long-term onsite engagements.
- Decarbonization of aviation through Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) and the implementation of new UK and EU aviation policies such as RefuelEU and EU Taxonomy.
- Financial analysis and modelling, including building business plans as part of an aviation due diligence as well as comprehensive cashflow forecasting for aircraft valuations
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree educated from a reputable institution;
- 1 year of work experience in relevant fields such as aviation, finance, operations or strategy consulting preferred;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word & Excel);
- Strong analytical aptitude and working knowledge of analytical or quantitative methods;
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written English communication skills;
- Team player, able to work collaboratively with multi-cultural, multi-disciplinary teams and clients spread across different countries and time zones;
- Knowledge of PowerBI, Python, SQL a plus but not essential;
- Experience of using industry datasets a plus but not essential;
- Ability and willingness to work onsite or travel abroad extensively for work as necessary;
- Additional languages, particularly Spanish, a plus
