Aviation Management and Operations Program Evaluator

The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all related programs.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aviation Management, Operations, or a related field.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in aviation management, operations, or related sectors.
• Experience in curriculum development or program evaluation, preferably within PTIB-regulated institutions.
• Strong understanding of aviation industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Familiarity with PTIB standards and compliance requirements.
• Expertise in aviation safety, operations, and management protocols.
• Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning principles is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
