Responsibilities:
- Carrying out diagnostic and inspection work
- Visual and dimensional inspection of wheel/brake components and assemblies
- Application of several non-destructive material testing methods (according to DIN EN 4179) - Eddy Current, Magnetic Particle Inspection, Penetrant Inspection
- Identification and initiation of additional examinations
- Determination and initiation of necessary repairs on components
- Evaluation and documentation of test results under consideration of valid instructions, guidelines, regulations etc.
- Carrying out the final inspection
