Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Accountable for design, development and L3 support for US Customer Risk Rating (CRR) & Transaction Monitoring (TM)
  • Manage Oracle vendor relationship as it pertains to US development and enhance inhouse development capability on Oracle products – OFSAA, FCCM , EMC, ER, ODI/DIH, Scenario development , tuning , optimization
  • Provide solutioning and design guidance on changes in the Oracle Financial Crimes & Compliance management application and related areas.
  • Builds and manages a large, diverse technology development team in North America and Asia
  • Work with the AML business in identifying opportunities for delivering OFSAA product optimizations and behavior detection scenario customizations.
  • Lead the technology aspects of threshold tuning and optimizations for behavior detection scenarios and customer risk scoring models.
  • Drive product data model requirements discussions, and own the design for Source to Target mapping / data dictionaries to ingest data into AML platforms from Line of business source systems.
  • Support regulatory engagements / exams as needed from a technology perspective.
  • Support defect prioritization and resolution
  • Contributes to the strategy and long-term planning activities for Financial Crimes Risk Management
  • Accountable for providing technology estimates for Oracle design/development efforts in alignment with the Estimation Framework.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle environment management, release management, end-to-end testing.
  • Responsible to manage technology third-party vendors and SOWs with a focus on performance, quality and cost management.
  • Responsible for identifying potential interdependencies/ risks/collision points and managing prioritization of GAML technology activities
