Required Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Wells Fargo is seeking an AVP, Benefits Consultant to join our Canada benefits team based in Toronto.
This role will work closely with the regional Human Resource Consulting and Center of Excellence teams, HR Operations/Payroll, Finance, and Vendor Management functions. The position will report to the Head of Benefits but on a day-to-day basis the work will be directed by the Benefits Lead.

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct analysis of benefits programs, processes, and procedures with focus on process improvement and efficient use of resources
  • Evaluate and implement changes to processes and procedures that need to be re-designed and automated
  • Support to the Well-being Champions team in their role in designing, implementing and then engaging team members in well-being events and activities
  • Operational delivery in liaison with our external vendors and consultancies of health benefits (EHC, Dental, Vision, Insurances) and retirement savings plans in Canada
  • Serve as a main point of contact with benefits administration vendors for Wells Fargo benefit plans (both active and inactive plans)
  • Support annual benefits enrolment process and tools
  • Partner with the Total Rewards Leads to support regional BAU needs and delivery of initiatives and projects
  • Support ad-hoc requests and project work for compensation and performance management on the regional and cross international basis
  • Help transition benefits invoicing and payments processes to the Global Service Delivery team
  • Partner with vendor management team to support the required activities
