WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A BUSINESS ANALYST?
- Be an effective Business Analyst in supporting business users from HR
- Understand, analyse and support business needs to formulate comprehensive business requirements
- Communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in clear, non-technical language
- Analyse business requirements, interdependencies, risks and benefits to propose recommendations and solutions
- Effectively support the implementations of new products or changes, including planning, resourcing, vendor management, stakeholder management, and change request management
- Work with vendors to manage day to day operations to meet SLA and business expectations
- Stakeholder and Vendor Management:
- Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to understand their strategic goals and operational needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships between the HR and other cross-functional IT departments
- Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between technical teams and HR stakeholders
- Manage outsourced vendors to ensure they meet project requirements and align with business needs
- Technology Solutions:
- Identify and recommend appropriate HR technology solutions
- Work with cross functional teams to design, implement, and integrate HR applications.
- Ensure that technology solutions align with HR strategies and compliance requirements
- Gather feedback from HR end-users and make necessary adjustments to applications
- Verify vendor solutions for feasibility and alignment with business needs and oversee project performance
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR applications
- Project Management:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely delivery of HR technology initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
