We are now looking for an AVP, Commercial Go-to-Market to play a pivotal role in driving the commercial success of Console Connect.
Reporting to SVP Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising go-to-market commercial activities and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing pricing and commercial strategies that prioritise revenue growth while ensuring alignment with market and customer value. - Define and optimise commercial offerings, including packaging, bundling, and tiering and promotions for products and channels (direct, through partners and self-service) to optimise value and drive growth.
- Use data and analytics to make informed decisions on pricing, promotions and channel incentives, assess commercial effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Establish pricing governance, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Develop and monitor key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of go-to-market commercial strategies and support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a small team of experienced commercial analysts to drive successful business outcomes.
