Responsibilities:

  • Primary communications lead for the company’s quarterly earnings and annual reporting cycles, partnering closely with Investor Relations and Strategy leads to develop key messages and all relevant quarter communications vehicles including but not limited to talking points, press releases, event and media briefs, and colleague memos.
  • Proactively monitor and analyze industry and market trends on an ongoing basis, as well as competitor activities and earnings releases, to provide insightful recommendations.
  • Support Investor Relations on key message development tied to all financial transactions.
  • Continuously improve process and content; continuously work with business partners to identify and communicate key business highlights.
  • Working with the Corporate Secretary, and the Global Events team, develop relevant materials for the Annual Report and Annual General Meeting.
  • Support the Chief Financial Officer’s communications program including colleague engagement and external visibility initiatives, working in tandem with Global Communications practice areas to do so.
  • Partner closely and proactively with the Global Finance leadership team to plan and respond to evolving communication needs, both internally and externally.Monitor relevant reputation risks and opportunities with Communications team peers, contributing to Reputation Response preparedness and Reputation Outlook activities
