As part of the First Line of Defense (1B) Risk Marketplace (RMP) for Infrastructure Technology Solutions (ITS), the largest Platform at TD, you’ll be working closely with executive leaders and their teams who design, engineer, and maintain infrastructure technology assets and capabilities globally at TD.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology asset management, IT operations, or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role with exposure to Senior Technology Executives.
- In-depth experience and proven track record in managing technology life cycles, risk management, and compliance in a large enterprise.
- Experience in strategy, implementation, and integration of technology solutions with business goals.
- Understanding of financial principles related to technology investments and budgeting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead governance, risk and control activities for life cycle management for all technology assets, focusing on long-term sustainability, efficiency focused on overall risk reduction to TD. Actively manage currency risk by assessing technology assets, monitoring progress to planned upgrades and replacements, and elevating changes in residual risk posture to senior executives up to and including the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer as appropriate.
Develop and implement a dynamic risk management framework, including ownership of the TD Enterprise Standard for Lifecycle Management, that adapts to changing technologies and business needs, minimizing vulnerabilities and exposure. Establish and deliver security and operational risk data through continuous assessment. Utilize proactive and predictive analysis tools to anticipate potential risks and opportunities, influencing strategic decision-making in technology investments and deployment.
